Abstract

|
Objectives: This research was proposed to reinterpret "Soeumin Bumron(á´ëäìÑ ÛòÖå)"through development of Soeumin exterior disease in Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM).
Methods: We chronically compared the conceptions, symptoms, mechanisms and treatments of Soeumin exterior disease from "Donguisusebowon-GabObon(ÔÔì¢áøá¦ÜÁêªË£çíÜâ)"(DGO) to " "Donguisusebowon-ShinChukbon(ÔÔì¢áøá¦ÜÁêªãôõäÜâ)"(DSC)
Results and Conclusions : (1) The classification standard of Soeumin exterior disease was different in DGO and DSC. (2) Soeumin exterior disease classified Taeyang Disease(÷¼åÕÜ»), Yangmyoung Disease(åÕ٥ܻ) in DGO and Ulkwang-syndrome(ê¦ÎÊñû), Mangyang-syndrome(ØÌåÕñû) in DSC. (3) Based on the changes of understanding about Soeumin exterior disease from DGO to DSC, we attempted to reinterpret "Soeumin Bumron(á´ëäìÑ ÛòÖå)" in view of DSC. In view of DSC, the classification standard of Soeumin exterior disease focused on Warm Yang Qi(åÕÑîñýѨ), Healthy energy(ÜÁÙ¤ñýñ«) of Soeumin.
